Tom Mower Sr.

Prior to co-founding Sisel International, LLC, with his son, Thomas Mower gained invaluable experience in the business world. In the 1970s, he served as a Regional Sales Director for a national sales and marketing and company, a role in which he achieved record-breaking sales numbers. In addition, Thomas Mower served Dell Chemical Company in a number of different positions, including Factory Representative, Head of Research and Development, National Sales Manager, and Corporate Trainer. In 1980, he ventured out on his own to open an industrial cleaning supplies company, and in 1987 he launched another company called Images. Thomas Mower built that business into a major personal care manufacturing presence, and later it became Neways International, a successful worldwide network marketing company that generated yearly sales of nearly $1 billion. In 2006, Thomas Mower sold Neways and started his latest endeavor, a nutritional supplement and personal care company that relies on scientific research and nutraceutical ingredients to create pure, safe, and effective products. As President of the organization, Thomas Mower oversees daily operations, and he relies on his son, Chief Executive Officer Tom Mower, Jr., to set the company’s strategic direction, head the manufacturing operations, and develop new products in conjunction with the research and development team.
